The DW Frequent Flyer has combined all of its custom experience into a clearly defined line of high-quality drums.

Four different configurations are available: the five-piece Design Standard set, the visually particularly exciting five-piece Acrylic set, the enormously travel-friendly Frequent Flyer™ club kit and the charmingly small Mini Pro set (available with 16" and 18" bass drum).

All versions have the strikingly powerful and modern sound in common. The wooden shells are made of North American Maple, the layers of which are joined using DW's brand new proprietary HVLT™ method.

Likewise, all design sets are equipped with groundbreaking Pro features: The patented Suspension Tom Mounts (STM)™ allow the toms to vibrate freely with minimal dampening. The MAG™ snare throw-off provides simple and reliable snare wires handling. And the True Pitch™ tension rods allow the finest tuning of the standard DW heads, made by REMO USA.

Rounding out the series' sound palette are some innovative and exciting add-ons, such as the Pancake Gong drum, Pancake Bass drum, Concert and Piccolo toms, and a Black Nickel Over Brass snare.

For the right look, five different high-quality lacquer finishes and two Finish-Ply™ wrap finishes are available.
