Delivery to Mainland UK
Goods are shipped via Next working day or Standard delivery options using DPD or Royal Mail Tracked on all orders within size restrictions.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
Items are sent using tracked services so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.
We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times detailed by couriers at our checkout.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for MAINLAND UK ONLY on orders over £195. (Excluding oversized items.)
Non-Mainland
For the IOW, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides or Isles of Scilly, shipping rates are included as a guide. We will contact you should the actual cost need amending once your order has been weighed and measured. Should no further postage be required, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail or EVRI.

Overseas Deliveries
Overseas deliveries attract an online charge of £45 for orders up to 29kg and £150 for orders more than 30kg.
These prices are used as a guideline only and could be subject to a refund / additional fee if required once a full quotation has been obtained.

Drop Shipments by Suppliers
If you select your purchase using our Warehouse facility, this may be delivered direct from the supplier. In these circumstances we will supply your name and delivery details to them to enable a direct delivery. If you DO NOT wish to use this option, please let us know when you make your purchase and we will receive the goods to us before shipping out to you.

We understand that it's not always easy to buy drumming gear unheard. That's why we offer a money back guarantee on goods bought from us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, then let us know within 14 days by visiting our returns portal here...
For most medium to small sized parcels, please follow the link below to our returns portal. For larger items such as Drum kits and Hardware bags please feel free to give us a call and we can handle your request manually.
Make sure you have your order number and postcode to hand. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or within your “Account Dashboard” on our website under “Recent orders”.
For returns without fault, there will be a £10 returns processing charge. This will either be taking through the returns portal or deducted from your refund once the item has reached us. This fee goes towards the DPD drop-off charge you will find during the returns portal process.
For any faulty items, no charge will be applicable.
Alternatively should you wish to source your own returns courier, simply let us know when you have sent the parcel and when you are expecting it to be with us.
